Room Type: 2 Standard Queen Beds - if you want a Suite or King Bed, just let them know.  There is a higher room rate for a Suite.

Release Date: Wed. Feb 14th - after this date any rooms in the block not reserved will be released along with the group rate

Cancellations: must be made 24 hours prior to check-in

* Due to several of the rooms being booked by Mayo patients, unfortunately for us, they have had to ban knee hockey in the hallways.  I have been warned that they will confiscate any equipment and you can pick it up at the front desk upon check-out.  Consider leaving the knee hockey equipment at home.  Please let your player know this and to respect others that are staying in the hotel by keeping voices down when in the hallways.  No running either please.  They have a workout room, indoor pool, & hot-tub for your entertainment!
