Minnesota Whitecaps Elite Women’s Hockey Team to Play February 11th at Don Roberts Ice Rink on the Campus of Gustavus Adolphus College
Bulldogs Youth Hockey Association is proud to announce that it will be sponsoring the Minnesota Whitecaps on Saturday, February 11, 2012.
The Minnesota Whitecaps are a non-profit, elite, national level women’s hockey team. They play primarily Canadian teams and are hosted by local rinks and associations when they play in the U.S. The Whitecaps have been WWHL champions for the last three years and were the first U.S. team to win the Clarkson Cup in 2010. They are committed to promoting girls hockey and helping the sport flourish. The Whitecaps are comprised of former Olympians and past and present national collegiate athletes.
The puck will drop at 7:00 on Saturday, February 11, 2012 at Don Roberts Ice Rink on the campus of Gustavus Adolphus College. The Whitecaps will be taking on the Manitoba Maple Leafs of the WWHL. Tickets are $7.00 for adults, $3.00 for students and seniors, and children 5 and under are free. Tickets can be purchased at the door the day of the event. Following the game the Whitecaps will be signing autographs. 100% of ticket sales benefit Bulldogs Youth Hockey.
