Backorder Policy

General Sports is not responsible for manufacturer backorders or out-of-stock items. If an item is backordered, we’ll notify you promptly with details, delivery estimates, and possible solutions.

To avoid delays, please respond within 24 hours to any backorder notifications. If we don’t hear from you within that time, the effected item(s) will be automatically refunded.
