• Please register your player as soon as possible, all registrations must be completed BEFORE the first day of practice. **Please note players will not be able to take the ice until their registration has processed, which may take up to 24 hours. 

  • For evaluation planning purposes, Squirts, 10U, 12U, PeeWees, & Bantams please register by SEPTEMBER 15th.
  • Mite Level 4 please register by SEPTEMBER 15th. 
  • Mite Levels 1-3 please register by October 24th. 

Important Information

In regards to registration fees, volunteer & fundraising requirements for our association, the following policies have been put in place to ensure the financial sustainability of the association.

Any outstanding fees from the previous season need to be paid prior to registering your player(s) for the 2025-2026 season.

Volunteer deposits

  • Deposit checks for Bantam/12U players in their final year of youth hockey will be collected & are to be post-dated April 1, 2026.  

  • Please place your volunteer deposit check in the Bulldog Youth Hockey drop box located in the LSCC lobby by the concession stand no later than October 7th, 2025.

  • *NEW* We will not be collecting volunteer deposit checks this season (other than those listed above). Any remaining unfilled volunteer hours will be invoiced via SportsEngine. Please see Handbook for details.

FUndraising

All fundraising requirements are to be completed by January 31, 2026. If at that time your family still has a financial commitment, payment is due by February 10th, 2026. Failure to meet payment deadline will result in your player not being eligible to participate in scrimmages or games until it has been received.

JERSEYS

Please email danielle@bulldoghockey.org if your player does not yet have an assigned jersey number.

USA Hockey Registration Confirmation

You can request a registration confirmation from USA Hockey if you have misplaced yours. You will need your USA Hockey Confirmation number to complete your Bulldog Hockey Registration.

NEW PLAYERS

BIRTH CERTIFICATE REQUIRED

Per USA HOCKEY - New players are required to submit a copy of their government issued birth certificate to the Registrar. This is the birth certificate issued by the county NOT the hospital footprint version. Please scan & email as soon as possible to registrar@bulldoghockey.org
